By using MockBazaar you agree to these terms. MockBazaar is operated by Ceptor Labs, India. Questions about them: academic@mockbazaar.com.
Your account
- Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish MockBazaar's questions, solutions or mocks.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.
Content
Questions, solutions, mocks, software and design belong to Ceptor Labs or its licensors. Questions that a coaching institute writes on its portal belong to that institute. We try hard to keep questions correct and patterns current, but we cannot guarantee that every question is error-free or that an exam body will not change its pattern; see corrections.
Plans and payments
Paid plans give access for the period shown at purchase. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Coaching institute portals
An institute's portal is run by that institute. Its plans, fees and payment instructions are set by the institute, which is responsible for them.
No affiliation
MockBazaar is not connected with SSC, IBPS, SBI, the Railway Recruitment Boards, UPSC or any government body. Practice results do not predict or guarantee an exam result.
Liability
MockBazaar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ceptor Labs is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before it.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using MockBazaar and delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
