Refund and cancellation policy
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying a MockBazaar plan, as long as you have not attempted any paid mock on that plan. After 7 days, or once a paid mock has been attempted, the purchase is not refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email academic@mockbazaar.com from your registered email address with the order or invoice number. We confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
You can stop a plan from renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but the plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, email us with the payment reference and we will refund the extra amount in full.
Coaching institute plans
Passes bought from a coaching institute on its MockBazaar portal follow that institute's own refund policy.
